How it works

From sign-up to first sale in minutes

You don't need a technician or special equipment. Here is how to get going.

  1. Sign up

    Answer a few questions about you, your shop, your stores and your staff. It takes about 5 minutes.

  2. Load your stock

    Choose the ready-made stock list with prices, or add your own products. Change prices any time.

  3. Make your phone a till

    Open Estolo on the phone, tablet or PC at the counter and register it as a till. Staff log in with their PIN.

  4. Sell

    Scan, take the money, give change. Watch today's sales from anywhere and cash-up at the end of the day.

What you need

  • A smartphone (Android), tablet or Windows PC with the Chrome browser
  • Internet to sign up and to start each till the first time (after that it can sell offline)
  • Your own card machine if you take cards (optional)
  • A cash drawer (optional)

A day with Estolo

In the morning the manager records the cashier's float. The cashier logs in with a PIN and sells: scan, take the money, give change. You watch the day's sales on your own phone. At closing the cashier counts the notes and coins, and the manager checks the difference and approves the cash-up.
