Terms of service
The rules for using Estolo, in plain words.
The service
Estolo is an online point-of-sale (till) service provided by IGCS PTY LTD (registration 2024/517961/07). By signing up you accept these terms on behalf of your business.
Free trial
New businesses get 30 days free. No payment details are needed for the trial.
Subscription and payment
After the trial the price is R300 per active store per month, all tills included, unless agreed otherwise in writing. The first invoice covers the rest of that month; then an invoice is issued on the 1st of each month and is due by the 7th. Pay by EFT or Shop2Shop using your payment reference. Prices may change with at least 30 days' notice.
Late payment
If an invoice is unpaid, the back office locks 7 days after the due date and the tills stop 14 days after the due date, until payment is received. Sales already made are kept and synchronised.
Stopping
There is no contract term. You can stop at any time by telling us; the month already invoiced is not refunded. We may suspend or close accounts that are not paid, are used unlawfully or put the service at risk.
Your data
Your business records belong to you. We process them only to provide the service, as described in the privacy policy. You are responsible for the accuracy of your prices, VAT settings and the information you enter, and for the people you give access to.
Ready-made stock
The ready-made stock list is a starting point. Check and set your own prices; we do not guarantee that any item, barcode or price in it is correct for your shop.
Availability
We work to keep Estolo available and the tills keep selling offline, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. To the extent the law allows, our total liability is limited to the subscription fees you paid in the 3 months before the claim, and we are not liable for indirect loss or lost profit.
Law
These terms are governed by the laws of South Africa. Questions: ig@igcs.co.za. Last updated: 2026-10-20.
